Pilar Boria Mora Tax Partner

Pilar is a Tax Partner responsible for the areas of Personal Taxation, High Net Worth Individuals, and Global Mobility.

She holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a Master's in Taxation and Tax Advisory from the Center for Financial Studies, and is a member of the Bar Association of Lucena.

Pilar began her professional career at Forvis Mazars in 2000 and has been a partner at the firm since 2021. She specializes in personal income taxes for residents and non-residents in Spain, and taxation related to the international mobility of workers and executives.

She has extensive experience in assisting and advising companies on matters related to the taxation of employment income, salary optimization, implementation, and taxation of employee and executive compensation systems related to the capital of listed and unlisted companies located in Spain and abroad, such as Stock Options, RSUs, etc.

Pilar leads the Global Mobility Services team in Spain and is a member of the Global Mobility Group of Forvis Mazars at the international level.
