Philipp Hermisson joined Forvis Mazars (formerly Mazars) in 2019 with his team and is accountable for the legal advice of waste & water. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and authorized signatory for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He advises companies in the energy industry, water supply and wastewater disposal and waste management in all legal matters. This includes advising on municipal levy and fee law cases and developing and introducing innovative fee models. He has particular expertise in the field of public pricing law. Philipp Hermisson advises on restructuring processes of public sector companies, including start-ups, mergers and cooperations of public sector companies (including post-merger advice and change management). He manages public procurement procedures, including post-award review procedures. In addition, he specializes in developing and advising on in-house solutions. Philipp Hermisson has many years of experience in procedural representation before civil courts, administrative courts and public procurement tribunals.
