Olivier Degand Managing Partner

Olivier Degand has been working at the Forvis Mazars office in Poland since 1995. Since 1 September 2023, he has been the Managing Partner of Forvis Mazars in Poland.

Olivier has over 35 years of experience in providing audit and advisory services to Polish and international firms operating in all major industries. He holds a French diploma of chartered accountant (diplôme d'Expertise-Comptable, 1998). Olivier is also an expert in accounting standards, both Polish and international (US GAAP). He also participates in merger and acquisition projects (M&A) and due diligence procedures .

As the leader of Forvis Mazars' French Desk in Warsaw, he has been supporting, among others, French multinationals and SMEs in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe. He also advises Polish entities investing in France and French-speaking countries. Olivier also serves as President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur - CCE) in Poland.
