Nuria Sancho Belza Tax Partner

Nuria holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona (UB). She also has specialization courses in tax matters and fiscal consolidation from the Centro de Estudios Financieros.

Nuria joined the Firm in November 1998 and is currently a Tax Partner.

She advises large multinational groups and medium-sized companies within the tax practice, mainly in relation to matters related to Corporate Tax (both nationally and internationally) and specifically in the special fiscal consolidation regime, as well as technical advice on R&D&I deductions, tax planning, VAT, Personal Income Tax, etc.

Additionally, she has extensive professional experience in tax due diligence processes to assess tax risks in investment projects, as well as in advising on acquisitions and sales of companies and corporate restructuring operations.
