She is highly skilled in auditing and consolidated financial statements for large Slovak and international companies and institutions across a wide range of sectors. Miriam managed audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with Slovak GAAP, IFRS and German GAAP. She has provided financial due diligence in many international transactions for both local and international clients. She supported clients in purchases and sales, independent audits and other financial and accounting advisory.
