Jiří Šimek Audit Partner and Valuation Leading Partner

Jiří Šimek has been working in the areas of auditing and consultation for many years. His long-term specialisation is in audit of multinational companies that reports under IFRS or CZ GAAP and participate on the advisory tasks related to business combinations and consolidation. He focuses also on valuation and expert advisory, including evaluation of projects using financial analysis methods and the preparation of expert opinions in accordance with the clients’ business plans.

He is certified auditor listed at Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic. In the area of audit, he focuses on audits of different industries and he works closely during transaction advisory. He is also tax advisor certified by Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and certified accounting expert.

Jiří Šimek is fluent in Czech and English and also has passive knowledge of German and French.
