She has participated in consulting projects to implement compliance policies and processes, risk management, and governance, and has also worked on digital transformation projects, such as SPB, digital banking, fintech, insurtech, PIX implementation, and credit cards, among others. She has led teams in internal audit, ESG risk, compliance, and risk management projects.

She has also taught the MBA in Internal Controls and Compliance at Trevisan-RJ, and the MBA in Compliance and Operational Risk at ANBIMA - RJ.

She was President of the Fiscal Council of ICRIO and co-authored the book Women in Compliance.
