Having joined the firm as a graduate, Helen now leads our Strategy Consulting services. She supports clients to bridge the gap between business and people strategies to optimise performance and value creation.

As a Partner, Helen focuses on post-merger integration and Initial Public Offering readiness services, which are typically complex, large-scale transformative events. Critical to the success of these events is people-led change, and Helen has developed a particular interest in organisational culture and designing ways to engage her clients’ teams and bring them on the transformation journey.
