Francesc Cabot Setó Partner of Commercial Law

He is the partner responsible for the Corporate Department in Barcelona. Additionally, he is a professor in the Master in Business Law and the Master in Auditing taught by the University of Barcelona.

Francesc holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, as well as a Master's in Tax Law from Abat Oliba University (Barcelona) and a Master's in Corporate Law from ESADE. He has also been a practicing member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1995.

Francesc has over 20 years of experience in corporate and contractual advisory for companies: reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on corporate law/M&A, and advising on structural modifications (merger, spin-off, transformation, etc.).
