David Vilajoana Eduardo Legal Partner

David holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (UB), is a Member of the Barcelona Bar Association, has a Master's degree in Business Law from Abat Oliba CEU University, is a Real Estate Agent through public examination, and has completed an Advanced Course in Labor Law and Social Security from CEF.

He has over 25 years of experience in Commercial, Contractual, and Labor Law, with his work focused on restructuring plans and collective bargaining at the labor level.

David began his professional career at Mazars in 1993 and is currently a partner at the firm. He specializes in commercial and labor advisory services to private sector companies, including those in transportation and logistics, services, and industrial sectors. He also conducts Due Diligence for the acquisition of numerous Spanish companies across various sectors (construction, manufacturing, services, distribution, transportation, and logistics).

Additionally, he has collaborated by teaching Labor Law at different institutions.
