Chee Tyan has more than 18 years of experience in public accounting firms in Singapore and Malaysia.

He is familiar with IFRS, GAAP, and the financial reporting standards of Singapore and Malaysia. He is also experienced in special assignments such as reverse acquisition exercise, financial due diligence, and investigative audit.

Chee Tyan has performed numerous assignments in various industries such as plantation, hospitality, oil and gas, shipbuilding, manufacturing, retail and distribution, construction, trading, investment holding and property development, and electrical cabling.

His extensive experience includes auditing listed companies, multinational corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises. Some of Chee Tyan’s clients currently include publicly listed and private companies in Singapore with operations in China, France, and India.
