Anna Benet Cáliz Labor Partner

Anna is a labor partner at Forvis Mazars.
She holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona, a Master's in Business Law from the Universidad de Barcelona-Les Heures, and is an active member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona.
Anna has over 21 years of experience advising and representing companies and groups of companies—both national and international—in all aspects related to individual and collective labor law, employment policies, workforce restructurings, senior management, and other special labor relations. She also assists and represents their interests before various courts of the social jurisdiction at different instances.
Throughout her professional career, she has participated in various restructuring operations from both a commercial and labor law perspective.
Additionally, Anna has proven experience in resolving labor disputes and in the field of collective bargaining, as well as in handling employment regulation files (collective dismissals and temporary regulations). Moreover, within the framework of the corresponding operations, she has participated in the analysis of areas related to commercial and labor law of target companies, as well as the preparation of the corresponding Due Diligence reports that precede these transactions, and advising on procedures (SPA negotiation, analysis of protection clauses, post-operation consequences, drafting of executive contracts, etc.).
Finally, it should be noted that in recent years she has specialized in advising companies within the framework of International Employee Mobility.
