Andrew is a partner in our Tax team, he helps businesses and their owners navigate all aspects of UK taxation.

Experience 

Andrew has 30 years of experience in UK tax. During that time he has advised on a range of UK taxes to listed multinational businesses, privately held businesses and partnerships and trusts. He is particularly interested in helping closely held business owners achieve their objectives and ambitions.

Work Highlights 

Over the years Andrew has worked closely with our Mergers & Acquisitions teams and our wealth management teams to create tailored exit and succession plans for many business owners that delivered both their business and personal goals. The work ranges from simple reorganisations of what you own and how it is owned through to navigating the opportunities arising on an IPO if that is your ambition. He is a commercial and pragmatic adviser and is always happy to advise when 'do nothing' is the right answer.
