Relevant experience

Yingmei has 20 years of experience in audit and 10 years of experience in M&A due diligence. Before joining in Mazars Beijing office in 2006, Yingmei has six-year experience in a local top 10 CPA firm.

Yingmei has acquired in-depth knowledge of internal control, tax, as well as Chinese and international standards and practices through her involvement of tons of financial audit, internal control audit, agreed-upon procedures and M&A due diligences for MNCs in China. 

Yingmei has strong capability of identifying the potential impact from the changes of company structure and business model. Accordingly, Yingmei specializes in tailor-made procedures for agreed-upon procedures and internal control audit.

Yingmei possesses excellent communication skill and is good at managing multi-entity group. She is currently taking the responsibility of coordination for the annual audit of Schneider China.
