Relevant experience

Sarah joined Mazars Shanghai in 2007 and has over 15 years audit and consulting experience to Multinational Corporations in manufacturing, service and trading industries. She has excellent understanding and sensitive feeling in enterprise’s accounting procedures, internal control system with different fields. She has solid experience and knowledge of the Chinese accounting, tax and business environment, as well as the IFRS, US GAAP and Chinese Accounting Standards. She also has experience in financial and tax due diligence.

Sarah has performed internal control review and regulatory compliance review for various manufactory and trading companies, which includes setting up documentation, performing follow-up implementation and the management testing. She has examined the policies and procedures on customer due diligence, record keeping, recognition and reporting of suspicious transaction and staff training within the companies. Deficiencies were detected and recommendations were provided to ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
