Lynn joined Mazars Shanghai in 2007 and has accumulated nearly 15 years’ professional experience in providing financial consulting and auditing services to Multinational Corporations. Lynn is now one of the key contacts of Mazars Global China Services (GCS) in China, dedicated to provide professional services to Chinese companies’ cross-border investments.

Lynn has an international background and profound knowledge and experience in serving Chinese client’s overseas investments, including cross-border M&A, multinational group audit, tax and financial consulting, etc.

She has in-depth knowledge of international and Chinese accounting standards, tax and business regulations as well as the practice of business operations.

She has a wealth of experience in serving Chinese enterprises' outbound investments, especially in:

• Cross-border M&A (i.e. due diligence, audit, purchase price sharing, etc.)
• Multinational group audit
• Company setup, accounting solutions that meet both local compliance and group reporting purposes;
• Coordinate cross-border global audit, outsourcing and tax compliance projects.
