Managing conflicts of interest

As part of our overall system of quality control, we have several controls in place, which involve key procedures to prevent conflicts of interest from occurring without the implementation of appropriate safeguards.

Besides our firm-wide internal monitoring process, we have a series of annual and engagement specific processes designed to avoid the conflicts from arising.

Should a conflict of interest arise our partners are required to implement appropriate safeguards that comply with our CCOI. Consultation with other partners or QRM is advised in complex situation or where uncertainty arises.

There are monitoring procedures in place at an office, country and group level to make sure that the systems are operating.
