Sanelda Beets Partner - Audit

Sanelda Beets is a highly experienced financial professional, currently serving as a Partner at Forvis Mazars in South Africa, a role she has held since June 2024. She brings extensive expertise in finance, equity research, and advisory services, having worked across a range of sectors.

Before joining Forvis Mazars, Sanelda was an Associate Director at Deloitte, where she led significant financial projects. She was involved in the audits of the two largest insurers in South Africa. She also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Steyn Capital Management, where she developed her expertise in investment strategies and financial analysis.

Her earlier career include three years at the Ernst & Young (EY) Calgary office where she was involved in technical IFRS projects, as well as the audits of a NYSE listed entity. She has a strong technical background which include several year in the EY IFRS technical department.
