Rishi joined Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance (Pty) Ltd in March 2007 where he holds the position of Director. Rishi has extensive experience in due diligence reviews, valuations, fair and reasonable opinions, financial modelling and reporting accountants' reports.

- Due diligence and valuations performed on behalf of the Central Energy Fund in respect of potential investments into Ilanga 1, Ilanga 2 and the Aqua project;
- Valuation performed for the Central Energy Fund, in respect of its consideration of an investment in a Round 3 REIPPP project;

- Due diligence review performed for Alstom SA (Pty) Ltd;
- Due diligence review performed for Afric Oil (Pty) Ltd;
- Due diligence review performed for Norcros SA (Pty) Ltd;
- Involved in the model audit of 24 Round III bids and 16 Round IV bids submitted through the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Procurement Programme (“REIPPP”);
- Valuations performed on behalf of Cennergi (Pty) Ltd in respect of the Tsitsikama Wind Farm;
- Valuation performed for Soul City Broad-Based Empowerment Company in respect of two investments in the REIPPP programme;
- Valuation performed for the National Empowerment Fund in respect of its investment in a thin film solar panel manufacturing plant;
- Benchmarking activity on the Tsitsikama Wind Farm;
- Transaction Advisory services performed for a large US based Energy Firm in respect of its investment in South Africa; and
- Mergers and acquisitions advisory services for First Solar Inc.
