Spanning over 27 years, she has extensive experience in the South African Education, Training, and Development landscape. She has a keen focus on the integration of learning into business, industry sectors, and socio-economic-led demand.

Her passion lies in mastering the value chain from source to success in the individual and organizational learning journey.

Her ongoing vision is to create an ecosystem that supports people and businesses in achieving their full potential.

Her current  focus is on closing the digital divide, creating globally competitive digital, data and emerging technology talent in South Africa. Talent that can be recognised against best-in-class Digital and ICT Skills and Occupational frameworks. Her goal is to drive access for talented South Africans to quality, relevant training and education that matches the local and global skills demand resulting in meaningful careers.
