Experience
Graham has been a tax partner at Forvis Mazars since joining the firm in March 2018. He has a focus on corporate and international tax advisory, and he is responsible for tax market leadership and managing the relationships with some of the firm’s largest national tax accounts.
Graham is also currently the firm’s national financial services sector leader (across all service lines), responsible for the formulation and execution of a sustainable financial services growth strategy.
He completed his audit training contract at Deloitte in Cape Town in 1997, having passed the Board exam at his first attempt. Thereafter he moved to the UK where he spent 3 years in investment banking followed by 5 years with Deloitte’s corporate international tax team in London.
In 2005 he transferred to the corporate tax team of Deloitte in Cape Town, where he worked on various large multinational clients.
In 2009 he joined EY in Cape Town as a direct entry tax partner. In this role, in addition to client service delivery, he was responsible for the market growth of the Cape Town tax practice.
