Forensic investigation services

We offer cost-effective forensic investigations into alleged theft, fraud and/or corruption for purposes of disciplinary, criminal and/or civil litigation.

If asked to conduct an investigation, we would, in terms of objectives agreed on at the outset, gather data and interview parties to establish the facts concerning certain events. We will consequently make recommendations for an appropriate course of remedial action.

Our litigation support services include assistance with the preparation of claims, tracing of assets and presenting expert testimony. Flowing from investigations conducted by our professionally registered forensic practitioners, we may be required to give evidence in various fora and assist with the preparation of the relevant legal claim and trace assets. We are also experienced in presenting cases in disciplinary tribunals as well as in chairing such hearings.

Lastly, we can assist in the resolution of disputes in proceedings such as mediation and/or arbitration proceedings.
