A forensic review and analysis was performed on behalf of a major South African Bank (Bank/Our Client).
The Bank’s client is a financial service provider who obtained funding from Our Client. Due to the client requiring an extension of their loan, the Bank contacted us in order to evaluate the sustainability of the business model of their client, as well as analysing the consistency of the cash flows. We presented the findings and recommendations to both the Bank’s credit team as well as their client which was utilised by the Bank to successfully negotiate a new and restructured financing deal with the Bank’s client.
