We would like to refer your attention to the new version of the Double Tax Treaty Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of Tax evasion between Ukraine and Cyprus signed on the 8th of November 2012. The Convention will come into effect on the 1st of January following the year in which the two states exchange notices of ratification.
