Mega:M soft-skills programme by Mazars Ukraine
The course was fully taught in English and included 25 participants — professionals in the spheres of audit, accounting outsourcing and financial consulting.
The course began on July 9th and consisted of four workshops on Tuesdays at 19.00-20.30:
- practical typology of individuals (understanding the needs of different people, building effective
communication within and outside the team, solving conflicts);
-feedback (different types of feedback for different types of people, receiving feedback, dealing with criticism);
-time-management and delegation (what should be done first, what to delegate, reaching the state of the highest effectiveness, golden principles of effective delegation);
- smooth meeting management (effective preparation of agenda and invitations, guiding the group).
Our lectors made sure to make the learning process as exciting as possible. They incorporated group discussions, listening games (e. g. Simon says), as well as physical activity.
