Kirsty McMillan – Partner, Tax

Kirsty McMillan brings a wealth of experience to Forvis Mazars, with 17 years in international tax and transfer pricing, including 11 years in Singapore. Her impressive career includes serving as an equity partner at a Big 4 firm in Singapore with an APAC remit. Kirsty is well-versed in assisting inbound clients navigate expansion, restructuring, and tax defence strategies in the region. Her deep understanding of tax intricacies and opportunities, including significant experience with BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) matters, makes her an invaluable addition to the team. Kirsty has played a key role in responding to OECD papers, collaborating with ministries of finance on BEPS legislation, and helping clients with preparation and planning in this critical area of international tax.
