Aidan is involved in over 100 consulting projects helping organisations to identify and provide options to issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance by providing objective advice and expertise.
With extensive experience in management consulting, his projects specialise in helping clients optimise their financial performance and identify key areas for growth. The approach focuses on reviewing financial structures, identifying financial and operational gaps, and formulating actionable strategies that enhance business efficiency and unlock growth potential. Through the projects, Aidan works closely with clients to develop customised roadmaps, providing clear direction for their future success.
Aidan also has a diverse range of clients from key industries including construction, distribution, education, food and beverage, healthcare, information technology, interior designers, lifestyle, manufacturing, media, oil and gas, reinsurance, shipping and trading.
He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and Finance, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA), a Chartered Accountant (CA) in Singapore, and a Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC).
