Wallace is a Partner - Singapore, Financial Advisory (Forensic Services) at Forvis Mazars with more than 12 years of experience in fraud investigation, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, litigation support and business intelligence assignments.

He began his career at a Big 4 in their forensic advisory practice and was seconded to New York for 18 months. He then worked with another assurance, tax and advisory firm prior to joining Forvis Mazars.

Wallace is a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a Financial Forensic Professional in ISCA, an Associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Singapore Management University.

Throughout his career, Wallace has delivered forensic services to clients in various industries, notably in the commodities, construction services, shipping, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, mining, manufacturing, and the government sector.

Wallace directs and manages large scale engagements, often working together with forensic technology specialists to provide forensic analysis and insights into large volumes of electronic data in connection with complex investigations. Having worked on some of the region’s most high-profile investigations, he has extensive experience in cross-border engagements and has worked with clients in Asia, USA and Europe to assist in internal and regulatory investigations.

Additionally, Wallace regularly works with legal counsels and other professionals in litigations and dispute resolution. He has assisted domestic and international clients in high-stakes commercial disputes and has been involved with the preparation of expert witness reports for both litigation and arbitration proceedings.
