Hong Chuan assists clients who require financial advice in Merger & Acquisition situations. This includes financial due diligence, valuation, and deals advice. Hong Chuan is experienced in cross-border buy-side, sell-side, and merger mid-cap mandates involving corporate and private equity firms.
Hong Chuan's professional background includes being an auditor. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and also a qualified Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA).
Involved in projects led in Singapore and across Asia, his extensive industry experience includes services, distribution, construction, commodities trading, IT/software, media, advertising and marketing, manufacturing, chemicals, oils and gas, and retail.
Hong Chuan is a trainer with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) on financial due diligence. Outside of work, he volunteers for an animal welfare group in Singapore, helping street dogs find forever homes.
