In Mauritius, you will be able to work across a diverse portfolio of assets both local and global. This is a unique opportunity to join our Mauritius office as a Senior Manager / Audit Director with a clear progression route to Partner. You will work in partnership with the Managing Partner to drive the success of our Audit service line.
Day to day duties
- Lead in dealing with large, technically complex clients.
- Analyse complex business situationsto identify key issues and priorities.
- Provide advice to client on business and thereby act as a trusted businessadviser to our clients.
- Oversee all aspects of client engagement assuming overall responsibility for allocating work and ensuring client service is maintained at a high level.
- Manage the end to end audit process, including budgets and timescales. You will be analysing complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities.
What are we looking for?
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified
- 10 years + experience of auditing clients within a variety of industries
- Expertise in Accounting Frameworks (IFRS)
- Proven capability of managing a large portfolio of clients
- Experience in coaching and and mentoring a team
