Mazars WB Audit Corporation converted to a limited liability audit corporation (LLC)

Mazars WB Audit Corporation (Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Partners: Shota OYA, Emmanuel THIERRY, Takashi HANDA) announced today that it has completed the process of converting the firm to a limited liability audit corporation on 1 July 2019, and from this date the firmʼs name has been changed to Mazars Audit LLC (Japanese name: “Mazars Yugen Sekinin Kansa Hojin”).
