Your Career path and our expectation

 

Partners  

As a representative of the firm, the partner is responsible for the budget planning and financial goals of the group as well as each client. The partner is able to influence the firm as a whole and is responsible for developing relationships with new clients and executives. You will also be expected to organize seminars and write articles. Attendance at international partner meetings is expected to increase, and communication with Forvis Mazars partners in other countries will be required to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients. 

Senior Manager / Director / Associate Partner 

You will work as a leader of the group and develop the market as an expert in a specific field. You will also work as a manager, but will be responsible for more advanced and complex tasks. You will also be expected to do external work, such as organizing seminars and conducting research. Participation in overseas training programs will also increase. 

Manager 

Generally staff members in their 5th-7th year work as managers. They are responsible for directing projects while managing senior and junior staff. The manager's role is also to build relationships with clients.

Senior Staff

Staff members with 2-4 years of experience work as seniors. They are responsible for leading the work within the team and managing day-to-day tasks.

Associate

Generally, new or recent graduates or staff with no experience in the industry start in this position when they are hired. They are assigned to a specific client and learn and master various tasks under the guidance of senior staff.

Part-timer 

This position allows you to experience the work life at Forvis Mazars while gaining hands-on experience.

 

About Forvis Mazars' evaluation process 

At Forvis Mazars, September is the start of the fiscal year.
Annual goals are set in September, interviews are conducted on the set goals during the fiscal year, and a performance review is carried out in June of each year. An evaluation committee is established to ensure transparency in the evaluation process.
