Elad Brauner Israel Tax Lead

Elad Brauner has extensive experience in Israeli and international taxation, specializing in income tax, VAT, and capital investment incentives. He has advised on a wide range of tax matters related to M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and high-net-worth individuals. 

Previously a tax partner at a top tier Israeli law firm, Elad represented leading foreign and domestic clients on Israeli and international tax issues, corporate sales and financing, tax disputes, and employee option taxation. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at a big four accounting firm in Israel, where he led due diligence projects for some of Israel’s largest M&A transactions and advised on tax structuring. 

Elad holds an LLB (Attorney at Law) and a BA in Accounting.
