Jo-Anne Lorenzo Director, Audit & Assurance

Jo-Anne has over 13 years of experience providing professional services including audit and special engagements related to financial information for a number of significant clients operating in Indonesia and in the Philippines. Her industries expertise includes mining, retail, real estate and construction, manufacturing, service, telecommunication, and transportation industry.

Jo-Anne has performed numerous audits and special engagements for various types of clients, such as public companies, multinationals, not-for-profit organizations, and privately owned entities. She has been involved in internal quality control reviews and in the conduct of audit trainings, for internal and external audiences. She has also assisted corporations in Indonesia for the issuance of international bonds (144a / Regulation S offering).

Jo-Anne is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
