Francia joined Forvis Mazars in 2024, she has more than 21 years of experience in international trade, customs, foreign investment, exchange regime, free trade zones, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and trade defense measures, among others. She has worked in public and private entities such as the DIAN, in customs agencies and is President of AMA Colombia.

She has extensive experience as a lecturer at different universities such as Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de Medellín, among others, both nationally and internationally. She is also a member of the Colombian Institute of Tax and Customs Law, member of the International Academy of Customs Law (Brussels, Belgium - 2013), member of COLBAR Miami Florida and member of AMA Mexico. She was an official of the DIAN for 6 years in the position of Defender of the Taxpayer and Customs User Delegate Northwest.
