Job description

  • Reviewing financial statements; 
  • Handling a portfolio of clients independently from the planning of the work to the finalisation stage;
  • Producing reports;
  • Meeting productivity targets;
  • Performing accounts reconciliations, and supervising juniors in the team;
  • Carrying out due diligence exercises and business valuations for clients.

Qualifications and experience

  • The ideal candidate should possess a full CIMA qualification or be part-qualified in ACCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting firm;
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and Botswana taxation laws and regulations is essential;
  • The candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word;
  • The applicant should demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
