Andrija Garofulić, FCCA is the Partner of the Financial advisory department of Forvis Mazars in Croatia. In recent years, Andrija leads and connects Financial advisory department in the Adria region that consists of Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, BiH and Montenegro. Andrija has 14 years of experience in working with clients of various sizes, from public entities, clients that are mostly privately owned, as well as in the sector of small and medium enterprises. He participated in the processes of due diligence, valuation, transaction consulting, but also financial modeling and development of companies from the sectors of distribution, environmental and waste protection, services, tourism, energy, production and other sectors.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, after which he further improved his skills as part of the FCCA certificate and obtained a chartered accountant's license in the United Kingdom and authorization to perform forensic expert work before the Commercial Court in Zagreb. He went through various training courses organized by Forvis Mazars abroad, which were related to financial services, accounting, mergers and acquisitions of companies and consulting.

He is the author of several books and numerous professional articles on valuation, due diligence and transaction consulting services.

Actively speaks English with basic knowledge of Italian.
