Wasseem comes with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, investment advisory and business transformation. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Wasseem held a number of leadership positions in regional and international organizations where he led large scale transformation programs and drove expansion.

Moreover, Wasseem has structured and executed several investment transactions in the Middle East, Europe, USA and Southeast Asia in the fields of real estate, hospitality and Public Private Partnership. Wasseem holds two masters degrees; an MBA from the University of Manchester and a masters degree in International Business Law from the University of Middlesex.
