Sebastien Gautier Managing Partner, Head of Outsourcing

Sebastien is the Managing Partner and the Head of Outsourcing of Mazars in Indonesia and has led the practice since 2014. He has over 19 years of experience leading audits of multinational companies (ICOFR, IFRS, statutory audits) and assisting clients for listing on the Indonesia stock exchange and for issuance of international bonds. His portfolio spans across a broad range of industries from oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and services industries.

Enthusiastic about growing businesses holistically, Sebastien now focusses on advising international investors looking to establish businesses in Indonesia and helping them to operate and stay compliant in Indonesia. Sebastien is a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French government since 2014 and the Vice President of the Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2020.

Sebastien is a French Chartered Accountant and a member of CPA Australia. He holds a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from University of Paris La Sorbonne and a Master of Business Administration from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
