3 November 2022: Mazars in Singapore, the international audit, tax and advisory firm has announced three new appointments across key growth areas, effective 1 September 2022.
Narissa Chen who recently took over the helm as the firm’s head of audit and assurance service line was elected to the Executive Committee (EXCO), becoming the first female EXCO member in the history of Mazars in Singapore.
As part of the firm’s continued growth and development, Iris Goh and Lai Kee Yin were promoted to Director in Talent and Director in Technology & Digital Consulting respectively. These new appointments are a tangible demonstration of the firm’s commitment to placing people at the core of its development.

Narissa Chen (Partner, Head of Audit and Assurance)
Narissa joined Mazars in 2012 as a Senior Manager before rising to Partner in 2016. She was one of the pioneers of Mazars in Singapore and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the firm’s audit practice. Narissa has also recently taken over the helm as Head of Audit and Assurance service line.
In her new capacity, she will continue to work closely with fellow EXCO members to strengthen the firm’s capabilities and chart the course of the firm. Narissa will actively partake in strategic direction and planning in driving the overall growth for the firm as well as being responsible for the operational management and oversight of the partnership in Singapore.

Iris Goh (Director, Talent)
Iris has more than 25 years of professional working experience in areas such as Human Resources (HR), Corporate Secretarial, and as an educator specialising in Human Resources Modules. Iris holds an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management, a BBA majoring in Finance, and a post-graduate certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.
Since joining the firm in 2018 as Senior Manager, Iris has been instrumental in driving various HR initiatives including digitalization, corporate social responsibility activities and leading in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects. She was also one of the key personnel involved in handling and navigating the firm through the COVID-19 pandemic.
In her new appointment, Iris will play a significant role as business partner to the services lines. She will focus on building the HR team as a centre of excellence and expertise while continuing to drive various employer initiatives to provide an inclusive environment that enables Mazarians to thrive and achieve their potential and further the brand outreach in the market.

Lai Kee Yin (Director - Technology & Digital Consulting)
Kee Yin joined Mazars in March 2021 as Associate Director, Risk Consulting. With over 15 years of consulting and professional services experience in the areas of business process improvement and transformation, intelligent automation, risk management, internal audit, and enterprise governance, he played a pivotal role in driving the growth for the firm’s risk consulting services the past 18 months.
In the last six years, Kee Yin focused much of his time creating digital and business transformation programmes, helping global organisations, publicly listed companies and small-and-medium enterprises embrace digital solutions and re-think enterprise strategy and business processes to stay efficient and gain competitive advantages. His sectorial experience includes consumer, healthcare & life sciences, industrial, technology media & communication with clients in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
With his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of digital transformation, Kee Yin will work with the consulting team to better engage clients in their digital adoption and assist them to navigate through the complex digital landscape. He will also be actively involved in the firm’s sustainability offerings by helping clients embrace sustainability agendas into their business operations.
