Built for Forward: Forvis Mazars Singapore Champions Empowerment and Inclusivity – It's the Right Path Forward

This was evident during our recent Singapore launch celebration. Instead of following the conventional celebration, we chose to break the cycle by focusing on empowering individuals and making a positive social impact. Empowering Through Partnerships

Rather than traditional fanfare, we partnered with three incredible social enterprises, each dedicated to empowering individuals facing different challenges:

• Flour Power: This social enterprise bakery trains and employs people with special needs, offering them a path towards independence and self-sufficiency. Their freshly baked breakfast bento sets were a hit with our staff, proving that empowerment comes in many delicious forms.

• Foreword Coffee Roasters: This inspiring cafe is a platform for individuals with special needs to showcase their talents and gain valuable work experience. Their expert baristas served up delicious coffee with a smile, demonstrating the power of opportunity.

• Don8uri: A beacon of inclusivity, this F&B social enterprise empowers deaf individuals through employment and skills development. They led a sign language workshop for our staff, fostering understanding and building bridges across communication barriers.

Our “Built for Forward” commitment extends to our own staff. We believe in equipping our people with the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly diverse and inclusive world. The sign language workshop, for example, was not just a fun activity; it was an investment in our team’s ability to communicate and connect with a wider range of individuals.
