Forvis Mazars in SG wins HR Asia Award for 7 years

This accolade is reserved for companies that have consistently proven their commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace environment, earning consecutive wins for five years or more.

She emphasized the firm's unwavering passion for its people, who are undeniably the heartbeat of the organization. The continuous investment in human capital over the years has not only fueled growth but has also created a workplace where purpose resonates in every endeavor.
Progress, an integral element of Forvis Mazars' identity, is marked by an innovative culture, a diverse workforce, and a continuous influx of fresh ideas. These factors collectively contribute to an exciting workplace, attracting and engaging both current and prospective talent.
Chee Choon emphasized that the award serves as a source of motivation. He said, "Receiving the award keeps us focused and motivated to do better for our employees, by continuing to develop a firm with a purpose beyond just work and business."
The theme of this year's awards, "Celebrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion," aligns seamlessly with Forvis Mazars' commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. The firm welcomed 189 new members in FY2022/2023, contributing to a young, diverse, and dynamic workforce.
Highlighting the dedication to diversity and inclusion, the statistics are noteworthy – 49% of the Singapore talent pool is below 30 years old, 61% are women, and the workforce comprises individuals from 12 different nationalities.
Forvis Mazars is among the 41 Singapore companies acknowledged at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2023 awards.
