Victor has over 12 years of audit experience serving local and multinational companies in various industries.  He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA) experienced with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

His past portfolio includes working with clients of various sizes. His expertise includes being involved in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) listing on the Singapore Catalist market and Senior Notes Offering pursuant to Regulations under U.S. Securities Act of 1933. He provided guidance for service concession arrangements for Public-Private-Partnership Model involving waste treatment and water treatment service concession rights in China. He has also worked with reference to PCAOB auditing standards, with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for US MNCs.

In Singapore, he is highly experienced in large charities and IPC audit and the application of Charity Accounting Standards. In addition, he has also worked on audit and compliance engagements governed by the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
