Richelle Tay Jie Ying Senior Manager, Tax

Richelle has more than 10 years of experience specialising in corporate tax, withholding tax and individual tax advisory and compliance matters. Her experiences include managing the corporate tax and GST affairs of clients in a diverse range of industries such as services, e-commerce, construction, media, advertising and marketing, shipping, branch of foreign bank, retail, etc. 

She has also advised on cross border transactions, corporate structuring / restructuring and capital repatriation considerations, debt restructuring, employment relocation and global mobility.

In addition, Richelle is familiar with corporate tax compliance matters including review of qualifying conditions and activities to determine the eligibility of tax incentives, liaison with the Singapore tax authority on corporate income tax queries and/or disputes, review of income tax provision for statutory audit purposes and withholding tax advisory and compliance matters.

She is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), holds a Professional Certification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax), Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.
