Through his involvement with WEA, Chee Choon had the privilege of witnessing the inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs. He said: “It was an eye-opening experience for me to learn and understand some of the challenges that women entrepreneurs went through in their business journey. Many of them faced significant hardship in male-dominated industries.
“Additionally, I gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of another dynamic business industry, witnessing firsthand how they manage revenue streams on various digital platforms."
According to Chee Choon, he has built a strong rapport with women entrepreneurs who have expressed their appreciation for Mazars’ expertise.
“As an Intellectual Partner, Mazars has had the privilege to share our insights and expert advice with the women founders, alongside the opportunity to support them in scaling and growing their business. I am excited about the prospect of supporting some of them in their IPO journey.
“Initiatives like this provides the platform for Mazars to contribute our expertise to help women-led businesses create long-term value. Understanding that smaller entrepreneurs often require assistance in areas such as finance, tax, accounting, and audit—our areas of expertise—we are dedicated to extending our support through our involvement with WEA.
