Denis Usher Speaks at the SMEICC 2017

At Singapore's most definitive SME-centric business and technology conference, Mazars Managing Partner, Denis Usher, gave a talk at the highly anticipated conference on "Managing and Growing Human Capital in the Digital Age".

With digital transformation happening in every industry, Denis talked about how an organisation can become digitally dynamic and manage a growing human capital better.

Denis also discussed the results from a recent survey done, showing that there is an evident gap between the aspirations of Generation Y and the current working methods of companies. Advancements in technology calls for a need to re-skill the current workforce and put the existing skills of workers to the best possible use. Understanding the needs of Generation Y, local and global initiatives such as the Appreciation Week and Mazars for Good were put into place by Mazars in Singapore to help address the issues.
