Expense Management

With Mazars’ HR platform employees can submit and review expense claims with ease, reducing processing errors and double handling. Once an expense claim is submitted, managers are notified by email and employees receive a notification on their phone letting them know expense claims have been approved.

Leave Management

Manage your entire organisations leave request approvals and leave processing through a single login.

Set up different accrual entitlements on a per hour worked or per pay run basis, enable specific leave categories on a per employee basis, set what pay categories should or shouldn’t accrue leave, it is completely up to you.

Time & Attendance

At any time employees can log in to their Mazars’ pay portal through any web enabled device and create timesheets based on units produced, hours worked or start and finish times. Managers will then be notified so they can review and finalise the timesheet ready for payment.
