How to Boost productivity in Singapore’s F&B sector

Roubler was the brain child of entrepreneur Andrew Northcott, founder of labour hire group, LSA Recruitment. By the age of 29, he had already build up a AUD $100m business and sold it on to an international conglomerate. Andrew’s experience with LSA made him well aware of the inefficiencies in industries with high levels of casual staff, hourly rate contracts, complex shift patterns, and multi outlet / multi-site rosters.

The technology officially goes live in Australia this week where Roubler and Mazars are working together on a number of clients. We expect the Singapore solution to be available over the next few months.
