Jeff Kelly Managing partner

Jeff is a seasoned professional with more than 21 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, and accounting in the financial services industry. 

Jeff began his career as an Audit Senior with KPMG LLP in Canada before relocating to the Cayman Islands. In the Cayman Islands, Jeff spent 5 years as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers and over 6 years working as a Director for a Captive Insurance Manager in the insurance industry. Jeff later spent 2 years as the Audit Insurance Practice Leader with RSM Cayman Ltd. In 2017, Jeff launched the audit firm of HLB Berman Fisher and served as the Managing Partner for over 2 years. Jeff has also served as an independent director on several Cayman Islands investment vehicles.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Windsor in Canada and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (Licensed Practitioner), the CFA Institute, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
