Hackathon Structure
The hackathon is divided into three stages:
- Ideation: Teams brainstorm and refine concepts, identifying key challenges and potential solutions in their chosen focus area.
- Implementation: Participants build and develop their solutions, utilizing their skills and knowledge to bring their ideas to life.
- Final Presentation: Teams showcase their projects to a panel of industry experts, highlighting their innovation, practicality, and potential impact.
Focus Areas
Teams are to select one of three key focus areas that are critical to the future of auditing and accounting:
- AI in Audit: Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of audit processes.
- Data Hack (Data Science/Analysis): Utilize data modeling, visualization, and predictive analysis to improve decision-making and strategic planning.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Create technologies that ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in digital environments.

Eligibility and Team Composition
Teams of three members are welcome to participate, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Include at least one female participant and one tertiary-level student.
- Ensure all team members are between the ages of 18 and 28.
- Demonstrate a passion for technology, innovation, and problem-solving.
